Privacy Policy

How TWENY Limited collects, uses, and protects information you entrust to us.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

TWENY Limited ("we", "us", "our") provides IT services, software, and digital solutions. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and any related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, and organization details you provide when you get in touch or engage our services.
  • Project & service data. The information, files, and communications you share with us in the course of a project or engagement.
  • Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, request paths, timestamps) and analytics that help us debug and improve our services.

2. How we use information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Deliver and support the services you engage us for.
  • Send the updates, alerts, and emails you've opted into.
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Diagnose problems and improve our services.
  • Send important service announcements. You cannot opt out of these.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising on our website.

3. Third parties & subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vendors to deliver our services: cloud hosting, transactional email, payment processing, and error tracking. Each is bound by a data processing agreement that limits how they may use your information. A current list is available on request.

4. Data retention

Active account data is kept as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then it is permanently deleted from production systems. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 90 days, then rotated out.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Export your data in a portable format (CSV, Excel, PDF).
  • Delete your account and the personal data attached to it.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in.

7. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard practices: TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, hashed passwords, multi-tenant isolation, role-based access controls, and routine backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to make TWENY Limited trustworthy.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to account owners.
