These Terms govern your use of TWENY Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using TWENY Limited, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using TWENY Limited on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account terms

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies to your next billing period. Failed payments may result in account suspension after a grace period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TWENY Limited to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
• Use TWENY Limited to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software.

5. Intellectual property

TWENY Limited, our logos, and our software are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to the content and data you store in your account. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we make every effort to keep them available and accurate, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to TWENY Limited is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or legal risk. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after that period, we delete it from production systems.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TWENY Limited is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to a different forum.
